Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum payment of 2 hours at the time of booking to secure your cleaning appointment. Prior to booking, we are happy to provide a basic quote based on your cleaning needs and major focuses. Please note that the 2-hour minimum payment is non-negotiable. We accept various forms of payment, including card payments, to settle the remaining balance after the cleaning. Thank you for your cooperation.
